Learning how to build chest muscles is perhaps the first thing you learned when you got in the gymnasium. I know when I started lifting in 10th grade that was the very first thing that I was taught. I’ll still remember doing the bench press with a 10lb. Weight on each side of the bar. It was a great achievement when I had a 25lb weight on each side.
