Ultimately, cut down on the scale of the portions you eat. Instead increase the frequency of your meals. Smaller sized meals 4-5 times each day is much better than 3 large meals per day. Don’t skip any meals because you will put your body into ‘survival mode’ which causes the fat to be store instead of burned. Do not eat anything after about seven pm to avoid the food being stored as fat in your body.
